At long last we have now committed to a new beginner program at FF Fitness. This program will enable the complete beginner to start exercise in a environment, that will be comfortable along with others who are at the same level.
Program aim-
• Improve strength
• Improve Fitness
• Teaching Correct exercise technique
• Improve mobility
• Advance you into our advanced classes
This program is solely aimed at bringing a complete beginner to a level of confidence and improved ability, so that they can thrive and get the most from our advanced sessions.
Our beginners program will see each individual complete a maximum of 12 weeks or 8 if advancing faster!!
This will be from January 2017 and onwards.

The cost is £25 a month.
