As Christmas approaches so to does the increase in people consuming a lot more calories through more food and drinks, when the party season kicks in to full flow!
Consuming more and also less activity is obviously a recipe for disaster, even over a short period of time, you can leave yourself with a lot of work to do to get back on track!!
We all love to enjoy Christmas and even though we’re only in November now, the tendency to ease off is there.
