Warm up training tip!
Do you warm up or jump straight in?
We love to use different variations for warm ups, mini bands are fantastic tool that we like to use, especially leg day.
Here’s two you can use as part of your warm up!
✅ Lateral band walks – 3 steps over & back
✅ Monster walks – 3 steps over and back
You can repeat that 2 or 3 times, or like we do as part of our overall warm ups and activation before our main exercise!
