FF Fitness has changed they way i train completely the whole ethos about nutrition and training going hand in hand has helped me immensely with my workouts…. Into my 3rd month at FF fitness and just singed up for another 3. I have become strangely addicted to the classes. Always hard and pushed to the limit which is great. A great way to loose weight gain fitness and clear the head!!! And not a bad bunch of people to do it with!! Couldnt speak highly enough of Seamus and his team!!
