I have been training in FF Fitness now for nearly 4 years. I joined up during the early boot camp days and stayed. I had made great progressions over that time at classes, but at times I started to slip back into bad habits.
I recently decided to try the newly structured small group PT sessions, and since then I have saw my strength and overall fitness improve steadily Not only that, but I have also really started to enjoy training again.
FF Fitness has maintained its client base due to the positive experiences people have there, through the results they achieve and also meeting new people. The environment at FF is one where everyone gets along and helps push each other forward.
